NBA Players Props Analysis 29/03/2024

 

Recap of yesterday's pick (28/03/2024):

1. Jayson Tatum O26.5P Celtics @ Hawks Odd 1.87 Sportsbet ✅

Not the best shooting night from Tatum, with a lot of tough shots (not good shot selection), but he had a great 4th quarter and OT scoring-wise and ended with 31 points

2. Giannis Antetokounmpo 30+P Bucks @ Pelicans Odd 1.86 Bet365 ✅

Giannis had a huge third quarter and ended with 35 points.

3. Jonas Valanciunas O16.5PR Bucks @ Pelicans Odd 1.9 Bet365 ✅

Jonas Valanciunas got the job done on both rebounds and points, finishing with 17 points, 10 rebounds.

Tonight's NBA Props:

1. Paul George O25.5PR Clippers @ Magic Odd 1.86 Bet365



PG got over this line in the last 8/10 games, he also scored 27 points 7 rebounds earlier this season. Magic is a good team defensively and as both teams are fighting hard for a good playoffs spot, this game should be as close as it can get and PG saw a lot of playing time. He should see around 35 minutes, and I expect him to score 23+P, 6+R.
 

2. Paolo Banchero O21.5P Clippers @ Magic Odd 1.92 Sportsbet

Recent stats prefer under, but I think differently. This is an important game for both teams, with the spread being just 1.5 points, I expect him to play around 35 minutes, with around 18FGA just like the last 3 games, and 5-6 free throw attempts. If he continues his formal shooting percentage (50%), he should have around 23-25 points easily. I can also see his mismatch with the Clippers bigs. 

3. Jeremy Sochan O9.5RA Knicks @ Spurs Odd 2.25 Bet365

Sochan had a pretty impressive rebounding streak recently, especially at home where he averaged 8.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists in the last 10 home games. 2.25 is just a bit too high to not take a risk, especially with his good performance on the board recently. 

4. Jamal Murray O1.5SB Timberwolves @ Nuggets Odd 2.45 Bet365

Murray is actually an underrated defender. He got 2 or more blocks and steals for the last 7/8 games. This prop is just too high in my opinion. This game is between the first and second seed of the Western Conference, I expect both team to play good defense today.

5. Kevin Durant O30.5 PR Suns @ Thunder Odd 1.71 Bet365

KD has had a very good scoring rhythm for the last couple of games, with incredible efficiency (60-75% FG). I expect him to continue that today, as the Suns is fighting hard for the 6th seed.


6. Jalen Williams O0.5B Suns @ Thunder Odd 2.25 Bet365

Williams is a very good defender, who has had at least 1 block for the last 8/10 games, including a few with 2 or even 3 blocks. It's a good bet to risk in my opinion. My only concern is that if Shai can't play this game, then Jalen could be more focused on the offensive role. Williams tends to have better defensive stats when he plays with Shai.

7. D'Angelo Russell O3.5 3M Lakers @ Pacers Odd 2.35 Bet365

Russell is shooting around 10 threes per game, and plays around 32+ minutes. In the last 5 games, 4 have gone over this prop. This should be a high-volume shooting game, with an expected total score of 250 points.

8. De'Aaron Fox 25+P Mavericks @ Kings Odd 1.68 Sportsbet

Fox was on a cold streak recently and only got 18 points with 6/18FG against the Mavs a few days ago. But as they got a few days of rest, plus playing at home and are fighting for a good playoffs spot, I believe Fox will take over this game
